We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you visit it, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referring page, browser and operating system. We process this data to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept only as long as necessary for these purposes. Netlify processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. As Netlify is based in the USA, data may be transferred there; such transfers are based on the EU standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, company, content of your message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages sent via the contact form are stored by our hosting provider Netlify and forwarded to us by email. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods (e.g. for business correspondence and tax records) require us to keep it longer.

4. Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is transferred to third parties when they load.

5. External links

If you follow a link to another website (e.g. one of our brands or partners), that website's own privacy policy applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to office@althera.group.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
